Integrating Ayurvedic wisdom, Neuroscience and power of human emotions to touch one million lives.
For two decades, I have worked at the intersection of Ayurveda, meditation, music, neuroscience, positive psychology, epigenetics, happiness science, and mind–body medicine. What began as a personal calling toward healing has evolved into AYURAANANDA Global Wellness — a movement empowering women, families, seniors, organisations, and communities to live healthier, happier, and more conscious lives.
I use music, storytelling, and creative advocacy to amplify voices that need to be heard — especially those of women. My musical works have won international awards. My books explore the landscapes where science meets the soul. And through every initiative I lead, the mission remains the same: to make well-being a shared human language.
Two decades as an Ayurvedic physician, wellness educator and entrepreneur — weaving Ayurvedic wisdom with neuroscience, epigenetics, and positive psychology into personalised wellbeing frameworks. From maternal health to senior care, from individual journeys to organisational programmes.
Through five purposeful community verticals — Ananda Mata for conscious pregnancy, Ananda Balya for children's wellness, Ananda Sakhi for women's wellness, Ananda @ 60 for vibrant senior living, and Ananda Sparsh for those on deep healing journeys — with one shared intention: health and happiness as the ultimate goal across every life stage.
Music as therapy — award-winning compositions carrying healing and social messages across languages, celebrating women's identity, resilience, and dignity. International Book of Records holder.
Poetry as healing — words that hold, restore, and witness the invisible life within.
Visual creation as sacred expression — art as a conscious vehicle for inner transformation and collective awakening.
Keynotes, workshops, books, and thought leadership that challenge conventional wellness narratives and build a global ecosystem of conscious living.
Making wellbeing a shared human language — one life at a time.
Some people choose their path. For me, the path chose me.
I entered the world of Ayurveda not as a career decision, but as a calling — drawn to a healing tradition that understood thousands of years ago what modern science is only now beginning to confirm: that the mind, body, and emotions are not separate systems. They are one living ecology, and when we learn to work with this ecology rather than against it, transformation becomes possible.
Over twenty years of my practice as a physician, entrepreneur, and wellness educator, I have witnessed how deeply people suffer — not only from disease, but from disconnection. A disconnection from their own bodies, from their emotional truth, and from the natural rhythms that once governed human life. I have seen accomplished professionals who could not sleep despite success, new mothers carrying silent grief behind their smiles, and elders slowly fading — not because of illness, but because they felt they no longer mattered.
There was a time in my own life when I too felt this disconnection. In the midst of responsibilities, expectations, and constant striving, I found myself exhausted, questioning, and inwardly unsettled. It was a phase that forced me to pause and look within. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, meditation, music, and conscious living, I began to reclaim my balance — not by becoming someone new, but by returning to a more natural and truthful way of being. That personal journey shaped the direction of my work more than any formal training ever could.
These experiences gradually formed a conviction in me: no single discipline can address the full scope of human well-being. Healing requires a wider lens.
So I expanded. I trained in music therapy, discovering how sound and rhythm can bypass cognition and speak directly to the nervous system. I deepened my practice of meditation and yoga, not only as spiritual disciplines but as physiological tools for regulation and resilience. I embraced laughter yoga as a powerful intervention for emotional release and hormonal balance. And I immersed myself in positive psychology, neuroscience, and epigenetics — to build bridges between what the ancients knew intuitively and what modern research can now measure.
What makes my work distinctive is convergence. I do not choose between Ayurveda and neuroscience. I do not separate meditation from epigenetics, or music therapy from positive psychology. I weave them together, because human beings are not fragmented — and their healing should not be fragmented either.
When these disciplines converge, healing becomes deeper, more sustainable, and more human.
For me, well-being is not merely a lifestyle choice — it is a cultural transformation. We live in a time where wellness is often commercialised, simplified, and reduced to quick fixes, while the deeper roots of suffering remain untouched. We speak about happiness as something to achieve, instead of something to cultivate. We focus on performance, but neglect meaning. We care for the body, but ignore the emotional life that silently shapes it.
I believe we can do better. Not through more information, but through integration. Not through individual self-optimisation alone, but through community. Not by avoiding difficult emotions, but by learning to process them with the same regularity we give to physical hygiene.
Through my work, my teaching, and the movement of AYURAANANDA Global Wellness, my mission is to touch one million lives — and to help make well-being a shared human language, one that transcends culture, age, profession, and geography.
Because true wellness is not a privilege.
It's a human possibility.

Rooted in the ANANDA & CALME Frameworks
AYURAANANDA is the global wellness movement I founded — where Ayurvedic wisdom meets the science of joy. Built on the ANANDA and CALME Frameworks, it spans five verticals, each addressing a distinct chapter of human life:
Kerala, since 2014
If AYURAANANDA is Ayurveda as lived experience, Ayurdha Naturals is Ayurveda as medicine. Established in Kerala in 2014, it is an Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing company producing classical formulations rooted in traditional Shastra — with an unwavering commitment to purity and ancestral integrity.

Creativity is not separate from science — it is its highest expression. As a music therapist, I understand the neuroscience of sound. As a singer and creator, I experience its power to move hearts. I bring both to my creative work — which centres women's empowerment, identity, resilience, and dignity.
